Experience
I’ve spent 12+ years designing futures — for cities, institutions, and governments.
My work has spanned from cultural strategy in Denmark to national planning in Russia. I’ve collaborated with Realdania, Fredericia Municipality, Strategy Partners and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives — always at the intersection of ambition, structure, and place.

Education
I hold two Master’s degrees in Strategic Management and Urban Planning — and completed a year-long Harvard program focused on project leadership and systems thinking.
But education is ongoing. My real learning happens in the tension between policy, people, and place — in the field, in dialogue, and in the messy middle of projects that matter.

I approach urbanism not as zoning, but as choreography — of life, culture, infrastructure, and time. My work spans from park systems and housing formats to territorial narratives and district identities. I build frameworks that make places both livable and legible.

Strategy, to me, is about framing what matters — clarifying the why before rushing into the what.
